We use your details to respond to enquiries and deliver our services. Optional website analytics stays off unless you accept it.
Who we are
Tricore Developments Ltd is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. We provide civil engineering, construction and project management services.

Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, optional telephone number, message and any project details you choose to provide. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Our hosting systems may record technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, access times, browser details and errors to operate and protect the website.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects information about website visits and interactions, including pages viewed, referring websites, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers.
How and why we use information
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answer enquiries and discuss a potential project | Steps at your request before entering a contract, where applicable; otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. |
| Deliver agreed services and communicate about projects | Performance of a contract with you, or our legitimate interest in managing relationships with business clients and their representatives. |
| Keep the website secure, investigate faults and prevent abuse | Our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable, secure website. |
| Measure website use through Google Analytics | Your consent. Analytics is optional. |
| Meet applicable record-keeping or legal requirements | Compliance with legal obligations. |
Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but without an email address and sufficient information we may be unable to respond. The phone field is optional. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence for the time needed to answer and follow up the enquiry. Where it becomes a client project, relevant information forms part of the project record. Retention depends on the nature of the project, contractual requirements, applicable legal obligations and the need to establish or defend legal claims.
Technical logs are kept for operational troubleshooting and security needs. Analytics user and event data is retained according to the property’s configured retention period; aggregated reports may remain available for longer. Cookie lifetimes are separate from Analytics data retention.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Email info@tricoredev.com to make a request. We may need information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; where an extension is permitted for a complex request, we will explain why.
You may complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission. You can also contact the supervisory authority where you live or work in the EEA.
